Administrative Jurisdiction Division puts an end to the Working Conditions Fining policy rules. The policy of the Minister for Social Affairs and Employment is unreasonable and leads to disproportionate working conditions fines. New policy is in the pipeline 1000 667 SarisLaw

Working conditions fines will be moderated more often than before. This is the result of the important judgment of the Administrative Jurisdiction Division of 6 May 2015. In its ruling, the Division puts an end to the Health and Safety Fining policy rules of the Minister of Social Affairs and Employment. As a result, the fine imposed is substantially (by 75%) mitigated.
