On 2 August 2017, the Administrative Jurisdiction Division ruled on the permissibility of the publication of asbestos fines on the website of the Inspectorate SZW (ECLI:NL:RVS:2017:2086). In this blog post, we will discuss what a party concerned may do against the publication of penalties. We will also consider the question of what can be done to limit the duration of the posting of information on the website of a supervisory authority.
