On 21 February 2018, the Administrative Jurisdiction Division ruled that appellant is not an interested party in a request for enforcement to remove security cameras along the public road that she regularly passes by due to family visits. The appellant’s invocation of the fundamental right of Article 8 of the ECHR – the right to respect for private life – does not make her an interested party in this case either. Therefore, the municipality was right to reject the appellant’s request for enforcement.
